James Gresham, chairman of the Macon County Republican Central Committee, has resigned that post. Party Vice Chairman Bruce Pillsbury also is resigning, Gresham said. Pillsbury has been traveling a lot recently and hardly has been in Decatur over the past four or five months, he said.
